Conducts consultative outreach by phone, email, and text; manages leads and student communications in a CRM; tracks progress; meets call, application, and conversion metrics; and provides feedback on lead quality and trends.

Leads architecture, development, and operation of scalable Azure and Power Platform solutions. Provides hands-on coding, technical leadership, mentoring, code review, and agile team guidance. Designs Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and infrastructure as code while ensuring security, governance, compliance, performance, and quality. Champions Microsoft Copilot and AI-assisted development, collaborates with product and business stakeholders, and manages multiple initiatives across enterprise software platforms.

Develop and maintain partnerships with hospitals, clinics, and agency sites to place students for clinical rotations. Source and negotiate placement agreements, coordinate matching students to sites, ensure compliance, resolve placement concerns, and work with university and legal teams to secure contracts. Build long-term site relationships and represent program curricula to partners.
