Lead and administer the fully online master's program in Speech-Language Pathology as Graduate Chair: coordinate with OPM, manage admissions, hire and staff faculty, advise and address student concerns, teach online courses, pursue scholarly activity with reassigned time, and participate in departmental, school, and college service.

Develop and maintain partnerships with hospitals, clinics, and agency sites to place students for clinical rotations. Source and negotiate placement agreements, coordinate matching students to sites, ensure compliance, resolve placement concerns, and work with university and legal teams to secure contracts. Build long-term site relationships and represent program curricula to partners.

Process and verify admissions documents and transcripts, maintain accurate CRM records, evaluate transfer credits per partner standards, coordinate with Enrollment Advisors, prepare files for partner review, and perform related administrative tasks to support student enrollment.
