Three-month internship supporting sales operations and reporting for a CPG brand. Duties include TPM and SAP data administration, report validation and cleanup, customer and item setup, pricing audits, promotional calendar validation, trade accrual reconciliation, master data maintenance, documentation and training creation, and coordinating cross-functional process improvements and projects.

Maintain and execute master data requests in SAP and related systems. Set up and maintain materials, suppliers, and master data elements. Validate data, coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage intake trackers, assist with mass updates and testing, and follow governance procedures.

Lead supplier qualification, audits, risk assessments, and continuous improvement for raw and packaging materials to ensure quality and food safety. Serve as the primary finance business partner to Sales, owning sales planning, forecasting, customer performance, gross-to-net reporting, and trade spend management. Lead customer business reviews, month-end accruals, and P&L analysis; support TPM (Confido) implementation, promotional tracking, and financial modeling for opportunities and negotiations to drive profitable growth.

Support period-end close, prepare and review journal entries, maintain balance sheet reconciliations, assist with financial statement preparation and reporting, perform GL maintenance in SAP, support audits and regulatory reporting, and improve accounting processes and SOPs.

Support cross-functional ERP and process improvement initiatives: gather and document requirements, coordinate meetings and testing, maintain process documentation, assist change request intake, support master data governance, and enable user adoption and operational readiness across enterprise systems.

Lead capacity modeling, capital planning, and capital governance for manufacturing networks. Provide data-driven analysis, financial modeling, and cross-functional support for supply, innovation, and S&OP. Mentor process engineers, develop standards and tools, track capacity and capital performance, and drive continuous improvement to optimize asset utilization and enable scalable growth.

Oversee all production aspects in a food manufacturing facility to ensure safety, quality, regulatory compliance, and cost targets. Lead teams, manage production schedules and labor, enforce SOPs and QA documentation, monitor raw material and equipment performance, drive continuous improvement and cost/yield initiatives, and collaborate with Maintenance, Procurement, R&D, Sales, and Marketing.

Lead design and execution of a multi-year S&OP implementation roadmap: align senior leadership, modernize planning tools, establish governance and meeting cadence, drive change management, assess processes and systems, and enable cross-functional readiness for data-driven integrated planning.

Build and lead a new foodservice channel by developing sales strategies, recruiting and managing accounts and broker networks, negotiating contracts and pricing, driving customer acquisition and market penetration, conducting demos and trade shows, and growing relationships with national foodservice customers.

Monitor in-stock performance, manage item setup and lifecycle, analyze Scintilla and internal data, track operational metrics (OTIF, ASN, fill rates), prepare reports/dashboards, resolve order and inventory issues, and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize inventory flow and contest invalid fines/fees.
