Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO (and occasionally other execs): manage complex calendar, coordinate domestic and international travel, handle communications, prepare presentations and board materials, organize meetings and events, manage expenses and documents, maintain confidentiality, and lead/support special projects.

Lead and grow the R&D product development team to take clean-label food products from ideation through pilot, scale-up, and commercialization. Oversee formulation, costing, ingredient sourcing, process optimization, regulatory and certification compliance, sensory testing, cross-functional launch coordination, and troubleshooting to ensure product quality, safety, and reproducibility.

Lead day-to-day frozen-food manufacturing and warehouse operations, drive food safety and quality (HACCP, GMPs, SQF), implement continuous improvement and WCM practices, manage staffing and development, ensure regulatory compliance (USDA, FDA, OSHA), optimize production, inventory, and equipment uptime, and execute capital and cost-reduction initiatives.
