Lead day-to-day frozen-food manufacturing and warehouse operations, drive food safety and quality (HACCP, GMPs, SQF), implement continuous improvement and WCM practices, manage staffing and development, ensure regulatory compliance (USDA, FDA, OSHA), optimize production, inventory, and equipment uptime, and execute capital and cost-reduction initiatives.

Build and operationalize the companys first PMO: establish frameworks, intake/prioritization, governance, tools, and dashboards; lead high-priority cross-functional projects; drive alignment, accountability, and executive reporting; coach teams on project management best practices.

Oversee all production activities in a food manufacturing facility to ensure safety, quality, regulatory compliance (USDA/FDA/HACCP/GMP), production targets, cost controls, and continuous improvement. Lead and develop teams, manage schedules and labor, monitor materials and equipment, implement SOPs, and drive yield and cost-reduction initiatives.
