Leads the end-to-end supply chain function, including demand and supply planning, materials planning, warehousing, transportation, fulfillment, S&OP governance, inventory optimization, and network strategy. The role owns service, cost, working capital, and logistics performance; leads supply chain transformation and Blue Yonder deployment; manages planning and logistics leaders; and aligns Commercial, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Finance stakeholders.

Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO (and occasionally other execs): manage complex calendar, coordinate domestic and international travel, handle communications, prepare presentations and board materials, organize meetings and events, manage expenses and documents, maintain confidentiality, and lead/support special projects.

Lead and grow the R&D product development team to take clean-label food products from ideation through pilot, scale-up, and commercialization. Oversee formulation, costing, ingredient sourcing, process optimization, regulatory and certification compliance, sensory testing, cross-functional launch coordination, and troubleshooting to ensure product quality, safety, and reproducibility.
