Build and lead Kevel’s new Platform Support and Operations function. Hire and develop support engineers, establish triage, escalation, SLA, documentation, and on-call processes, and personally handle incident response and runbook development. Own first-tier incident management, observability improvements, reliability metrics, post-mortems, alert tuning, and automation. Partner with platform teams to reduce operational toil and advance SRE-aligned, self-service, and AI-augmented support practices.

Manage end-to-end campaign trafficking, creative and targeting QA, delivery monitoring, yield optimization, inventory forecasting, and performance reporting across retailer media networks. Build analytics tracking fill rates, CPMs, revenue pacing, and monetization KPIs. Serve as an operational contact for retailers and supplier advertisers, support platform onboarding, resolve delivery issues, and develop scalable documentation and enablement resources.

Lead Kevel’s product design strategy and practice while remaining hands-on in delivering user-centered B2B SaaS experiences. Establish design standards, research and critique practices, UX metrics, accessibility guidelines, design systems, and operational processes. Partner with executive, product, engineering, and commercial teams; mentor and hire designers; manage design tools and vendors; and guide end-to-end discovery, prototyping, interaction design, and engineering handoff across complex product surfaces.
