Create and maintain daily production schedules to ensure on-time shipments, balance finished-goods inventory, coordinate across procurement/production/maintenance/PD, manage jobs in Ross and planning software, publish master and daily schedules, and resolve schedule and inventory issues to maximize throughput and efficiency.

Lead a production department across multiple shifts to meet manufacturing efficiency, safety, quality, cost, and productivity goals. Coach and develop teams, manage budgets and KPIs, drive continuous improvement, coordinate with EHS/Maintenance/Quality/HR/Procurement, and support staffing, hiring, and production ramp-ups while enforcing food safety and operational standards.

Manage day-to-day IT operations for the Savage site, providing hands-on end-user support, network and server maintenance, asset and inventory management, Intune-related work, vendor coordination, policy compliance, system audits, and documentation while partnering with central IT on projects and security standards.
