Manage and train the QA team to ensure consistent execution of the Quality Management System, maintain GMP/HARPC/HACCP compliance, conduct audits and investigations, lead CAPA and continuous improvement, liaise with USDA/FDA, run third-party audits, validate new equipment, use KPIs and FSQA systems to ensure safe, compliant food production across shifts.

Lead strategic contracts, RFQs, and market-based purchasing for ingredient categories. Develop category strategies, market intelligence, and formula-based pricing. Negotiate master supply agreements, manage supply/commodity risk and PPV, support budgeting, maintain senior supplier relationships, and lead a procurement team driving continuous improvement and supplier KPIs.

Lead national foodservice account acquisition and growth by building multi-level operator relationships, developing customized culinary solutions with internal teams, managing pipeline and forecasts, and ensuring seamless commercialization through cross-functional collaboration and S&OP participation.

Supervise first-shift food manufacturing operations to meet safety, quality, and production targets. Oversee kettles, sanitation, SOP compliance, scheduling, timecard processing, shift communication, and cross-functional coordination with Safety, Quality, and Maintenance. Lead and coach production leads and crews, enforce food safety and GMPs, and support training and continuous improvement.
