Owns the supplier and raw-material assurance system, including supplier and material approvals, risk classification, audits, documentation, compliance monitoring, escalations, and corrective actions. Develops supplier standards and manuals, leads high-risk supplier reviews and site visits, manages conditional approvals and substitutions, and supervises Vendor and Ingredient Specialists. Partners with quality, food-safety, purchasing, and audit teams to improve supplier performance, documentation controls, and regulatory compliance.

Leads FP&A and financial performance management for Supply Chain, Procurement, and Operations. Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, variance analysis, productivity and cost-reduction initiatives, capital investment modeling, standard costing, dashboards, and executive decision support. The role partners with senior operating leaders, improves financial visibility, and develops finance talent, including Plant Controllers.

Manages customer complaint records, coordinates investigation inputs and follow-up actions, analyzes complaint and KPI trends, and prepares site incident decks and quality reports. The role ensures data accuracy, traceability, and confidentiality; identifies reporting and workflow improvements; and communicates actionable insights to customer quality managers and site teams.

Provides junior-level support for EDI transaction monitoring, exception resolution, trading partner onboarding, ERP integrations, file-transfer processes, documentation, and cross-department coordination. The role also assists with developing and testing AI-assisted tools, Python scripts, and Power Automate workflows to automate EDI error handling and data processing.

Supports plant engineering activities, equipment reliability, capital projects, facility improvements, troubleshooting, installations, commissioning, and continuous improvement in a food manufacturing environment. Coordinates with operations, maintenance, quality, safety, sanitation, supply chain, contractors, and vendors while maintaining technical documentation, schedules, costs, and compliance with USDA, FDA, EPA, OSHA, and food safety requirements.

Drive new-business growth with national and multi-unit foodservice operators. Build prospect relationships, develop account-entry strategies, manage qualified pipelines, and convert opportunities into trials and commercial wins. Partner with Marketing, Culinary, R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, and brokers to create and commercialize custom menu solutions. Monitor foodservice and consumer trends, represent company capabilities, coordinate customer development activities, and travel regularly for meetings, trade shows, plant visits, and events.

Owns product line strategy, portfolio management, P&L performance, innovation pipelines, product launches, pricing, and lifecycle optimization for proteins, sauces, and sides. Analyzes consumer, customer, competitive, and market data to identify growth opportunities. Leads cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Culinary, and Commercialization while developing customer-facing messaging, launch assets, and commercial enablement.

Serves as a strategic HR partner to site leadership, leading HR programs, organizational effectiveness, employee relations, performance management, talent development, engagement, compliance, and workforce analytics. Coaches leaders, supervises or develops HR team members, supports transformation and change initiatives, and applies data and AI-enabled tools to improve HR strategy and execution. The role requires experience in manufacturing environments with hourly workforces and strong knowledge of employment practices.

Leads Kettle Cuisine’s foodservice sales strategy, profitable growth, strategic customer relationships, broker network, and distributed regional sales organization. Owns the Sysco relationship, expands portfolio distribution across foodservice channels, drives forecasting and S&OP planning, and partners cross-functionally on pricing, launches, customer commitments, and service execution. Builds commercial talent, accountability, customer plans, and broker performance systems while delivering revenue, margin, market-share, and customer growth objectives.

Oversee plant finance, including manufacturing cost analysis, inventory accuracy, overhead management, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial controls. Partner with Operations to identify root causes, reduce waste, improve productivity, and drive corrective actions. Lead cross-functional improvement projects, department spend reviews, and financial acumen development across the site.
