Drive new-business growth with national and multi-unit foodservice operators. Build prospect relationships, develop account-entry strategies, manage qualified pipelines, and convert opportunities into trials and commercial wins. Partner with Marketing, Culinary, R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, and brokers to create and commercialize custom menu solutions. Monitor foodservice and consumer trends, represent company capabilities, coordinate customer development activities, and travel regularly for meetings, trade shows, plant visits, and events.

Owns product line strategy, portfolio management, P&L performance, innovation pipelines, product launches, pricing, and lifecycle optimization for proteins, sauces, and sides. Analyzes consumer, customer, competitive, and market data to identify growth opportunities. Leads cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Culinary, and Commercialization while developing customer-facing messaging, launch assets, and commercial enablement.

Serves as a strategic HR partner to site leadership, leading HR programs, organizational effectiveness, employee relations, performance management, talent development, engagement, compliance, and workforce analytics. Coaches leaders, supervises or develops HR team members, supports transformation and change initiatives, and applies data and AI-enabled tools to improve HR strategy and execution. The role requires experience in manufacturing environments with hourly workforces and strong knowledge of employment practices.
