Ketryx Benefits Overview

Build and own end-to-end frontend features for Ketryx's AI platform. Collaborate with designers, product, and customer teams to design accessible React/Next.js interfaces using Tailwind and shadcn, create and document a component library, refactor UIs, mentor teammates, and provide technical customer support. Contribute to backend and database work as needed.

Prospect, qualify, and close SMB and mid-market customers in regulated industries. The Account Executive will conduct needs analyses and product demonstrations, manage consultative sales cycles, negotiate contracts, exceed quotas, support lead generation, and collaborate with Customer Success on onboarding and retention. The role also involves building customer relationships, representing the company at industry events, and helping refine sales processes in a fast-growing AI software startup.

Serve as Ketryx’s first in-house counsel, negotiating enterprise SaaS agreements, building legal playbooks and contract processes, managing commercial, employment, vendor, and corporate matters, and implementing contract lifecycle systems. Partner with Sales, Finance, and RevOps to accelerate deals, coach sales teams, manage outside counsel, and support compliance in a regulated MedTech and life sciences environment.
