Plant Controller responsible for site financial governance, controls, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, cash management, capital expenditure oversight, monthly close support, and product costing. The role partners with manufacturing, logistics, engineering, HR, safety, and commercial teams to improve data and process accuracy, support pricing decisions, and provide meaningful financial analysis to senior leadership. It also coordinates shared-service finance activities and maintains compliance with government agencies and utilities.

Provides high-level administrative and office management support to the President and senior leadership. Responsibilities include complex calendar and travel management, meeting and event coordination, leadership communications, confidential materials, vendor relationships, budgets, office operations, and project follow-up. Requires strong organization, judgment, communication, confidentiality, multitasking, and Microsoft Office proficiency, with occasional after-hours availability.

Apply bank receipts, manage accounts receivable ledger, pursue collections and resolve deductions/chargebacks. Research and document disputes, coordinate with internal teams and customers, maintain organized records, and ensure deductions are resolved (no unresolved items over 180 days). Perform additional assignments and occasional after-hours work.
