Provide technical customer support for the Ketch data privacy SaaS platform. Troubleshoot websites, mobile apps, APIs, integrations, and third-party services; reproduce defects, file bug reports, validate fixes, and resolve critical issues. Advise customers on deployment, scaling, and maintenance, collaborate with engineering and product teams, document solutions, create knowledge-base materials, and apply AI technologies to improve support workflows. The role is based in Bengaluru with some evening coverage for U.S. business hours.

Build and maintain cloud-native, scalable backend services (primarily in Golang). Own microservices architecture, ensure security, reliability, and performance. Work with data stores, CI/CD, Kubernetes, and stakeholders to deliver enterprise-grade privacy solutions.
