Teams at Ketch

Facilitate end-to-end customer experiences by resolving critical technical and business issues, advising customers on deploying and maintaining the Ketch platform, and escalating customer needs to engineering and product teams. Research, document, prioritize, and troubleshoot issues; create knowledge-base materials; and support operational efficiency. The role requires strong JavaScript, web development, API integration, troubleshooting, third-party integration, and communication skills. It is hybrid in Bangalore with required US-time-zone coverage.

Build and maintain cloud-native, scalable backend services (primarily in Golang). Own microservices architecture, ensure security, reliability, and performance. Work with data stores, CI/CD, Kubernetes, and stakeholders to deliver enterprise-grade privacy solutions.
