Build and operate cloud-native, scalable backend services solving enterprise data privacy and security problems. Develop server-side components (primarily Go), co-own a fault-tolerant microservice architecture, work with data stores and CI/CD, ensure production quality, performance, and reliability, and collaborate with stakeholders and customers.

Serve as the first technical contact for customers, troubleshoot and resolve integration and platform issues, advise on deployment/scale best practices, escalate product needs to engineering, build knowledge-base content, and support operational efficiency across web, mobile, API, and automation workflows.
