Join as an Associate Solutions/Customer Success Engineer supporting pre-sales discovery, running and owning smaller POCs, building demos, onboarding customers, triaging support issues, documenting architectures, and advocating product improvements. You'll be mentored to lead full lifecycle engagements and design production architectures within 6–12 months.

Design high-conversion landing pages and technical visuals, support product UI and maintain the Figma design system, evolve brand identity across channels, and create physical event touchpoints and merch.

Design, build, and maintain Kestras core backend and responsive frontends. Expand plugin integrations, implement enterprise-grade features, drive architecture decisions, and ensure testing, automation, performance, and scalability across cloud and distributed systems.

Lead development of Kestra's core backend in Java, make architecture decisions, own quality (CI/CD, SLOs/SLAs), mentor and lead engineers, collaborate with product and customers to deliver scalable enterprise solutions, and support full lifecycle from design to delivery.

Reproduce and diagnose customer-reported issues, write and maintain test plans and cases, perform manual and exploratory testing, validate fixes, contribute to automated test coverage, and track quality metrics across open-source and Enterprise editions.

Lead product development end-to-end for an orchestration platform: discover user problems, define specs, prototype, coordinate engineering, ensure QA/docs, and iterate using customer and community feedback across 8-week release cycles.

Build Kestra's first outbound BDR motion by converting open source adoption signals into strategic conversations with developers and engineers. Research, qualify, and outreach using AI tools; generate SQL pipelines to translate signal into enterprise and cloud adoption; iterate on repeatable processes and GTM narratives.

Lead and scale Kestra's global sales organization: own ARR, build and coach a team of AEs/SEs, create repeatable GTM playbooks for an OSS-led enterprise motion, align sales with marketing, product, and customer ops, and provide executive sponsorship on strategic deals.

Lead pre-sales technical discovery and own POCs, onboard and support enterprise customers end-to-end, resolve escalations with engineering, drive architecture and scaling guidance, engage the open-source community, produce technical content, and advocate product feedback into the roadmap.

Own the full enterprise sales cycle on the US East Coast: source and qualify opportunities, build pipeline (outbound and community-sourced), run discovery and demos, lead commercial negotiations with technical and business stakeholders, develop account strategies, collaborate cross-functionally, and maintain accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene to close $50K–$500K+ ARR deals.

Own product marketing for Kestra's infrastructure and cloud automation segment: define narrative, create technical and go-to-market content, enable sales and solutions engineering, gather market and customer intelligence, and translate open-source traction into enterprise positioning.

Own the full enterprise sales cycle across DACH for Kestra Enterprise Edition: prospecting, discovery, demos with Solution Engineers, negotiation, and close. Build pipeline from outbound, inbound, and community sources, map decision-makers, collaborate with product and developer advocates, and maintain accurate forecasts and CRM hygiene.

Build and run an end-to-end developer influencer program: source and score creators, negotiate deals, brief and review placements, track performance via UTMs and dashboards, manage creator relationships and expansions, test adjacent channels, and document a repeatable playbook to drive sign-ups and ROI.

Build and run Kestra's partner program end-to-end: design tiers and onboarding, sign and enable technology and consulting partners, coordinate integrations with Product/Engineering, run co-marketing and co-sell motions, maintain partner pipeline and KPIs, and operate the Kestra Partner Ecosystem Catalog to drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue.

Build and maintain authentic presence for Kestra across developer communities. Engage in technical discussions, create helpful content, surface product feedback to engineers, and cultivate relationships with creators to drive awareness and trust in orchestration tooling.

Serve as the technical counterpart to sales for DACH enterprise deals: lead technical discovery, run tailored demos and POCs, design reference architectures and demos, advise on deployment/security/scaling, liaise with engineering/product teams, and contribute technical sales collateral.
