Join as an Associate Solutions/Customer Success Engineer supporting pre-sales discovery, running and owning smaller POCs, building demos, onboarding customers, triaging support issues, documenting architectures, and advocating product improvements. You'll be mentored to lead full lifecycle engagements and design production architectures within 6–12 months.

Build and run Kestra's partner program end-to-end: design tiers and onboarding, sign and enable technology and consulting partners, coordinate integrations with Product/Engineering, run co-marketing and co-sell motions, maintain partner pipeline and KPIs, and operate the Kestra Partner Ecosystem Catalog to drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue.

Design and implement execution primitives for AI/agent workflows in Kestra's Java core, build and maintain plugins to connect LLM providers and agent frameworks, convert agent use cases into reusable blueprints with product, and ensure AI executions are observable, debuggable, correct, and reliable.

Own AI workflows product: discover and validate AI use cases with customers, define roadmap and specs, create reusable blueprints with engineering, and prioritize what not to build.

Own the full enterprise sales cycle across DACH for Kestra Enterprise Edition: prospecting, discovery, demos with Solution Engineers, negotiation, and close. Build pipeline from outbound, inbound, and community sources, map decision-makers, collaborate with product and developer advocates, and maintain accurate forecasts and CRM hygiene.

Lead pre-sales technical discovery and own POCs, onboard and support enterprise customers end-to-end, resolve escalations with engineering, drive architecture and scaling guidance, engage the open-source community, produce technical content, and advocate product feedback into the roadmap.

Architect, build, and scale the SaaS infrastructure; automate cloud provisioning; improve CI/CD and monitoring; troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues; drive automation and operational reliability improvements.

Own the full enterprise sales cycle on the US East Coast: source and qualify opportunities, build pipeline (outbound and community-sourced), run discovery and demos, lead commercial negotiations with technical and business stakeholders, develop account strategies, collaborate cross-functionally, and maintain accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene to close $50K–$500K+ ARR deals.

Build Kestra's first outbound BDR motion by converting open source adoption signals into strategic conversations with developers and engineers. Research, qualify, and outreach using AI tools; generate SQL pipelines to translate signal into enterprise and cloud adoption; iterate on repeatable processes and GTM narratives.

Build end-to-end features for a data orchestration platform across Java/Micronaut backend and Vue 3/TypeScript frontend. Implement data-aware orchestration (assets, lineage, freshness, quality), create integrations/plugins (dbt, Fivetran, Airbyte, warehouses), improve UI (flow editor, topology, dashboards), collaborate on 8-week releases, review PRs, and engage with the open-source community.

Lead Kestra's data orchestration product: define specs, prototype, and deliver features across ingestion, transformation, lineage, freshness, and data-quality orchestration. Deepen integrations with the modern data stack, ease migrations from other orchestrators, coordinate releases, QA, docs, and iterate from customer and community feedback.

Investigate and reproduce customer-reported issues, create actionable bug reports, design and run manual and automated test plans, validate fixes, improve automated coverage, and track quality metrics for Kestra OSS and Enterprise editions.
