Lead the architecture, delivery, reliability, security, and cost efficiency of Kestra Cloud on GCP. Manage a three-person SRE team while remaining hands-on with Terraform, Kubernetes, incident response, observability, GitOps, provisioning, upgrades, and capacity planning. Define SLOs, write technical specifications, automate isolated customer environments, oversee releases, and guide the platform from beta to general availability.

Own recruitment and People operations for a distributed company growing from 50 to 100 employees. Responsibilities include sourcing and closing candidates, coordinating international employment processes, onboarding, compensation and performance cycles, equity administration, employee communications, offsites, and workforce reporting. The role partners closely with founders, hiring managers, Finance, Administration, and Workplace Operations while building scalable People processes across multiple countries.

Own Kestra’s enterprise demand-generation strategy, account tiering, ABM programs, multi-channel campaigns, paid acquisition, nurture, conversion, measurement, budget allocation, and agency partnerships. Build target-account programs from product, community, web, GitHub, and firmographic signals, partnering with Sales, Product Marketing, Growth Engineering, and Business Development to generate and progress qualified enterprise pipeline. The role is a hands-on senior individual contributor position focused on account-level engagement and pipeline outcomes.
