Investigate and reproduce customer-reported issues, write and maintain test plans and cases, perform manual and exploratory testing, validate fixes with engineers, improve automated test coverage, and track quality metrics across open-source and Enterprise editions.

Lead Kestra's analyst relations: build relationships with Gartner, Forrester and others; shape analyst-facing narrative and category framing; manage submissions and evaluations (Magic Quadrant, Waves); synthesize analyst intelligence for product, positioning, and GTM; prepare executives and enable sales with analyst validation.

Design and implement execution primitives for AI/agent workflows in Kestra's Java core, build and maintain plugins to connect LLM providers and agent frameworks, convert agent use cases into reusable blueprints with product, and ensure AI executions are observable, debuggable, correct, and reliable.
