Own Kestra’s enterprise demand-generation strategy, account tiering, ABM programs, multi-channel campaigns, paid acquisition, nurture, conversion, measurement, budget allocation, and agency partnerships. Build target-account programs from product, community, web, GitHub, and firmographic signals, partnering with Sales, Product Marketing, Growth Engineering, and Business Development to generate and progress qualified enterprise pipeline. The role is a hands-on senior individual contributor position focused on account-level engagement and pipeline outcomes.

Own and improve the security posture of Kestra’s platform, infrastructure, and open-source ecosystem. Responsibilities include penetration testing, threat modeling, vulnerability management, remediation, cloud and Kubernetes hardening, security automation in CI/CD, code reviews, supply-chain risk assessment, incident response, and continuous monitoring.

Design and implement execution primitives for AI/agent workflows in Kestra's Java core, build and maintain plugins to connect LLM providers and agent frameworks, convert agent use cases into reusable blueprints with product, and ensure AI executions are observable, debuggable, correct, and reliable.
