Provide overnight advanced support for network and security incidents, service requests, planned changes, and P1/P2 emergencies. Leads complex, customer-facing Genesys Cloud and customer experience transformation projects from sales handover through delivery, go-live, recovery, and transition to support. Owns governance, scope, budgets, risks, dependencies, reporting, commercial controls, and stakeholder communication. Coordinates internal teams, partners, and customers while coaching project professionals and improving delivery standards across the portfolio.

Lead development of Dynamics 365 CRM and Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including custom applications, portals, integrations, plugins, workflows, PCF controls, and AI-powered agents. The role requires solution architecture, Dataverse development, ALM, CI/CD, Azure integration, technical leadership, code and design reviews, mentoring, and stakeholder collaboration. The position is based in Bangalore, requires three office days weekly, and includes occasional out-of-hours customer support.

Conduct qualitative user research, requirements gathering, concept and prototype testing, usability testing, and inclusive research for GOV.UK services. Analyze and synthesize findings, communicate insights through presentations and written outputs, support successful GDS service assessments, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve product and service usability, accessibility, and user experience.

Supports digital transformation projects by eliciting and documenting requirements, translating them into user stories and acceptance criteria, mapping processes and user journeys, and managing delivery backlogs. Collaborates with stakeholders, Product Owners, architects, developers, and customers in Agile environments. Supports sprint planning, testing, demonstrations, and user acceptance testing while ensuring requirements remain traceable and deliver business value.

Lead the design, development, and technical delivery of secure, scalable Microsoft Power Platform solutions. Build Power Apps, Dataverse solutions, automations, Power Pages, integrations, plug-ins, PCF components, and AI-powered applications. Establish development and governance standards, review code, troubleshoot complex issues, mentor developers, support planning and presales, and ensure robust ALM, DevOps, security, performance, and documentation practices. Active UK DV clearance is mandatory.

Leads enterprise Power Platform and Dynamics 365 solution architecture across customer engagements. Designs secure, scalable applications, data models, integrations, governance, environments and operational models across Dataverse, Azure and AI technologies. Facilitates discovery workshops, provides technical assurance, guides delivery teams, supports presales, leads architecture reviews and mentors consultants and developers. The role also establishes ALM, DevOps, security and governance standards while advising customers on Microsoft technology and emerging Copilot capabilities.

Manage a portfolio of customer accounts as the primary relationship owner. Drive retention, renewals, customer success plans, account growth, customer health, NPS, issue resolution, reporting, business reviews, and training. Represent customer feedback internally, coordinate escalations, collaborate with Marketing and Sales Support, and support customer-related administration. The role is hybrid in Richmond and may require customer or event travel.

Provides Level-1 triage and first-line support for network and security infrastructure. Responsibilities include handling service tickets, troubleshooting incidents, escalating issues according to SLAs, communicating with customers and internet service providers, supporting change requests, documenting technical procedures, and working flexible shifts. The role involves exposure to routing, switching, SD-WAN, firewalls, monitoring, DNS, DHCP, and ITSM platforms.

Develop and implement Dynamics 365 CE and Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate, Power Pages, integrations, and ALM. Gather requirements, create proofs of concept, demonstrate solutions, document designs, support presales, train users, and manage environment changes. The role also involves coaching junior team members, coordinating stakeholders, and contributing to delivery planning. Advanced experience with Dataverse plugins, PCF controls, Copilot Studio, and AI-enabled solutions is desirable.

Design, build and scale enterprise Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Pages). Gather requirements, create POCs, lead delivery, coach juniors, manage ALM, support presales and demonstrate D365/Power Platform capabilities to stakeholders.
