Provide overnight advanced support for network and security incidents, service requests, planned changes, and P1/P2 emergencies. Troubleshoot complex networking and security issues, manage ISP circuits and WAN connectivity, perform maintenance and upgrades, replace hardware, and lead implementation tasks. The role requires expertise across SD-WAN, firewalls, routing, switching, DDI, monitoring, load balancing, and Cisco and Juniper technologies while working within ITIL and ServiceNow processes.

Prospect for new customers, qualify buying signals, support sales growth campaigns, and use modern go-to-market tools such as Clay and AI. The role involves collaborating with marketing, creating written communications, supporting social media and technology events, and communicating Kerv’s value across prospects, customers, and partners. This early-career position requires creativity, organization, attention to detail, strong English communication, curiosity, and willingness to develop in sales and marketing.

Leads complex, customer-facing Genesys Cloud and customer experience transformation projects from sales handover through delivery, go-live, recovery, and transition to support. Owns governance, scope, budgets, risks, dependencies, reporting, commercial controls, and stakeholder communication. Coordinates internal teams, partners, and customers while coaching project professionals and improving delivery standards across the portfolio.
