Build deterministic, auditable, high-concurrency real-time gameplay systems, manage bet lifecycle, integrate wallets/transactions, optimize performance, and develop simulation/test systems for RTP validation while collaborating with frontend and game client teams.

Build and own HR function in Monterrey: create policies and SOPs; manage payroll, benefits, onboarding/offboarding, HRIS; ensure compliance with Mexican labor law; lead employee relations, investigations, and engagement; implement performance management, L&D, and reporting; partner with global and local leaders to support organizational scaling.
