Kentucky River Foothills Development Council, Inc. is a community action and social service agency serving Clark, Estill, Madison, and Powell counties in Kentucky. Since 1962, it has helped families and individuals achieve stability, independence, and self-sufficiency through direct services and community partnerships. Its work includes housing support, transportation, employment and self-sufficiency assistance, health education, substance-use support, and help with basic necessities.
