Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, program, and optimize PLC-controlled production machinery and automation systems. Diagnose root causes of recurring equipment issues, implement control logic and process improvements, read electrical schematics, support HMI/SCADA systems, commission new equipment, and document system changes. Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to improve uptime and throughput in a manufacturing facility.

Own network infrastructure and cybersecurity operations across 11 manufacturing locations. Responsibilities include switching, routing, firewalls, wireless, WAN, VPNs, segmentation, monitoring, endpoint protection, MFA, vulnerability management, incident response, access reviews, documentation, compliance support, vendor coordination, and network automation. The role also supports plant-floor connectivity, VoIP networking, hybrid identity security, and infrastructure modernization.

Perform scuff sanding of stained or painted wood products, inspect painted and glazed parts for quality, follow supervisor directions, learn wood types and glaze/stain colors, and meet physical demands (long standing, lifting/carrying). Maintain communication with management, follow safety and attendance standards, and perform other assigned duties.

Entry-level draftsman responsible for creating and maintaining tract bid and planning documents, designing and sizing cabinets, documenting unusual shop details, and ensuring appliance clearances. The role coordinates with Development, Sales, and Production to complete accurate bids and revisions on schedule. It requires computer, mathematical, blueprint-reading, communication, and concentration skills, along with occasional travel to other facilities and light physical exertion.
