Teams at Kent Moore Cabinets

Entry-level draftsman responsible for creating and maintaining tract bid and planning documents, designing and sizing cabinets, documenting unusual shop details, and ensuring appliance clearances. The role coordinates with Development, Sales, and Production to complete accurate bids and revisions on schedule. It requires computer, mathematical, blueprint-reading, communication, and concentration skills, along with occasional travel to other facilities and light physical exertion.

Coordinate bid and pricing processes for builders: create and manage specifications and pricing spreadsheets, submit bids and maintain master files, act as account manager for assigned builders, liaise with drafting and sales, manage publishable documentation, and review drafting layouts prior to publishing.

Provide administrative HR support during the fall semester: organize physical and digital records, assist with open enrollment and special projects, cover front desk duties, and maintain confidential employee information.
