Supervise and support first-line staff delivering planned services, promote physical and psychological safety, guide teams through challenging situations, and partner with management to maintain service excellence and positive employee experiences. The Supervisor balances team leadership, support for service recipients, daily operations, and future program planning while advancing the organization’s mission of inclusion and community connection.

Provides administrative support to managers and supervisors, maintains communication between programs and Corporate Services, coordinates staff training and orientation, supports smooth program operations, and monitors regulatory compliance.
