Monitor sales performance, maintain CRM records, collaborate with internal teams, and manage supply inventory and cycle orders to improve customer satisfaction and revenue.

Own the full recruiting lifecycle across 14 locations: source, screen, interview, extend offers, and hand off onboarding. Administer Paycom ATS, manage Indeed campaigns, produce recruiting metrics, build TA processes and playbooks, ensure multi-state compliance, and partner with hiring managers while carrying an active requisition load.

Lead regional sales growth and profitability across multiple locations by setting sales strategy, coaching location leaders, developing key account plans, controlling costs, analyzing financial and market trends, partnering with marketing, and ensuring safety and compliance. Regular customer visits with Key Account Managers and frequent travel within the region are required.

Own sourcing, ordering, and systems for the Grab & Go program: manage vendor relationships, collect and present vendor offers, place and track purchase orders, and improve order management processes and systems.
