Provide early intervention services to infants and toddlers (birth to age 3) and caregivers: conduct developmental assessments, develop and implement IFSP goals, deliver home/community/group-based interventions, coach caregivers, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, maintain documentation and compliance, and participate in supervision and professional development.

Provide direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities by implementing individual and group developmental activities, assisting with transportation and transfers, collecting behavioral data, executing behavior plans (including PBS), maintaining a safe program environment, and collaborating with staff to meet Individual Support Plan goals. Role is relief/as-needed with flexible scheduling.

Provide direct supports and case management for adults with developmental disabilities across community and program settings. Coordinate services, implement and document individualized goals and treatment plans, assist with skill-building, crisis intervention, transportation, and access to medical and community resources while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and families to promote independence and inclusion.
