Perform inside sales for Kennametal products via phone, email, chat and e-commerce. Identify and qualify leads, generate quotes and orders using SAP and CRM, conduct outbound calling, manage assigned accounts to meet sales and margin targets, and coordinate with Sales Support through the full sales cycle.

Manage and grow assigned customer and channel accounts within Korea, driving full sales cycle from leads to quotations. Provide deep technical product expertise, support customer cost-savings and product lifecycle initiatives, leverage CRM/NOVO, and coordinate with Sales Support to expand share of wallet and implement e-commerce solutions.

Support plant growth and operations by programming CNC grinding machines, designing cutting tools, managing product transfers, optimizing processes and costs, implementing lean/continuous improvement, and coordinating technical projects with customers and suppliers.
