Build and execute B2B growth marketing programs that generate qualified leads, penetrate target accounts, create sales pipeline, and drive new customer acquisition. Audits customer data and invoicing for contract compliance, documents changes, identifies discrepancies, supports financial audits, and coordinates with customers, Sales, Billing, Collections, Operations, Pricing, and Revenue Accounting. Requires strong Excel, communication, mathematical, problem-solving, and contract or pricing experience.

Reviews documentation and initiates billing, resolves accounts receivable discrepancies, communicates with customers about balances, and collects overdue invoices. The role coordinates rebills, pricing corrections, contract billing procedures, and rejected invoices while monitoring account reports. It also identifies recurring payment issues and supports process improvements for order-to-cash systems in collaboration with Contract Administration, Pricing Administration, Sales, and other departments.

Sources new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound calls and emails, prospect research, relationship building, qualification, and sales closure. Maintains prospect and account databases, records activities in the CRM, reports on pipeline health, supports sales executives, collaborates with channel partners, and services assigned accounts. Requires strong communication, presentation, organization, persistence, and customer relationship skills.

Leads strategic programs and multiple IT projects across business units, supervises project managers and business analysts, manages budgets and risks, oversees requirements, testing, training, deployment, reporting, and change management, and improves project lifecycle practices. Mentors junior PMO staff and supports executive-level status reporting. The role requires up to 30% travel.

Lead revenue growth and commercial strategy for KAG Logistics. Build and mentor a high-performing sales organization, drive new business and customer expansion, manage pipeline, forecasting, KPIs and CRM integrity, collaborate with operations and executives to ensure service delivery, and develop strategic partnerships to expand service offerings.

Prepare and issue bills for shipments, create payroll for company drivers, meet daily/weekly billing quotas and payroll deadlines, provide customer service, and coordinate information flow to ensure timely billing.
