Maintains and supports server infrastructure, troubleshoots hardware and software issues, monitors performance, applies security patches, manages hardware assets, and supports development environments. Provides server-related helpdesk training, maintains technical documentation, contributes to business continuity and disaster recovery plans, and responds to datacenter outages. Requires rotating 24/7 support, independent problem-solving, collaboration with IT teams and vendors, and strong communication skills.

Supports recruiting, business development, and corporate communications through digital marketing campaigns, social media management, content creation, employer branding, SEO, email marketing, and analytics. Develops graphics, videos, blogs, and brand communications; monitors online engagement and reputation; manages content calendars; analyzes campaign performance; and produces dashboards and recommendations. Collaborates with Recruiting, Sales, Corporate Communications, and external agencies to improve engagement, conversions, hiring outcomes, website performance, and marketing ROI.
