Teams at Kenan Advantage Group

Manages regional transportation operations, including driver scheduling, recruitment, personnel management, customer relationships, issue resolution, safety compliance, and support for managers. Develops operating plans, addresses driver questions regarding company policies and benefits, drives customer growth, and coaches, disciplines, and evaluates staff.

Administers employee transactions and workforce data in Paycom, including personnel actions, status changes, pay changes, transfers, and terminations. Reviews submissions for accuracy, conducts employee data audits, tracks errors and trends, prepares HR reports, supports EEO reporting, develops training materials, and provides frontline Paycom assistance. Partners with HR, payroll, compensation, and operational leaders to resolve discrepancies, strengthen controls, and improve administrative processes while protecting confidential information.

Supports finance teams with journal entries, accruals, allocations, account reconciliations, monthly closing, audit schedules, financial statements, and accounting research. Maintains accurate records and prepares supporting workpapers for business units.
