Manage terminal operations and personnel to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient freight deliveries. Supervise drivers, enforce hours-of-service and regulations, develop staff, forecast and control terminal performance, engage customers, and maximize asset utilization.

Provide inside sales support for logistics: generate and qualify leads via inbound/outbound outreach, maintain CRM, coordinate proposals/RFQs, manage sales phone line, and relay interdepartmental information to support account development and sales closure.

Implements and supports business technology solutions by gathering and analyzing requirements, designing to-be processes, testing, training end users, and verifying solution performance. Works on multiple projects, creates test scripts and training materials, troubleshoots implementations, and collaborates across teams while running small initiatives with minimal assistance.
