Administers customer agreements, contract data, tariffs, rates, invoicing, settlements, and fuel surcharge pricing in TMW and ASC systems. Audits customer data and invoicing for contract compliance, documents changes, identifies discrepancies, supports financial audits, and coordinates with customers, Sales, Billing, Collections, Operations, Pricing, and Revenue Accounting. Requires strong Excel, communication, mathematical, problem-solving, and contract or pricing experience.
