Perform general labor in a dairy manufacturing facility: unload materials, transfer and store raw and finished products, operate equipment, follow GMP, record-keeping, lift up to 60 lbs, work in freezer conditions, and communicate across departments while accepting flexible hours and overtime.

Lead daily quality and food safety operations at a fluid milk and cream facility. Maintain audit readiness, manage non-conformances, oversee hold/release and lab testing, drive continuous improvement, handle customer and regulatory audits, and coach the quality team.

Lead and grow key accounts across Midwest markets, develop and execute account strategies, expand customer relationships, identify new business, manage forecasting, negotiate contracts, and maintain accurate pipeline using CRM and business tools to meet volume and profit targets.

Provide on-site HR generalist support at a manufacturing plant including full-cycle hourly recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, benefits and leave administration, HRIS/LMS administration, employee records and reporting, manager and employee advisory on policies and compliance, and participation in HR projects to support performance management, training, and a positive employee experience in a union environment.

Support HR through communications, phone screens, new hire onboarding, employee feedback roundtables, HR filing, facilities upkeep, and executive administrative tasks. Participate in special projects. Part-time (20–25 hrs/week), on-site, immediate availability. Paid at $17/hour.

Lead demand and supply planning and S&OP execution, optimize inventory and allocations, collaborate with sales/operations/finance/manufacturing to resolve supply chain issues, build reporting, monitor trends, and facilitate planning meetings to influence business decisions.
