Serves food and beverages to hotel guests while maintaining courteous, efficient service standards. Keeps work areas clean and organized, washes dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment, manages waste separation, monitors supplies, reduces spoilage, reports equipment issues, follows hygiene and safety policies, supports inventories, and maintains professional relationships with hotel staff and guests.
