IT trainee responsible for learning and supporting hotel technology operations, including AV equipment maintenance, database administration, hardware and software troubleshooting, backups, access security, inventory, LAN/WAN systems, user support, documentation, and technical assistance during hotel events. The role also supports IT procurement, system maintenance, reporting, fault resolution, and emergency recovery procedures under the supervision of trainers and the IT Manager.

Supports the Training Manager in planning, designing, delivering, and evaluating hotel training programs. Responsibilities include implementing corporate training standards, maintaining training reports, supporting departmental trainers, promoting brand immersion and company values, improving training processes, and completing annual training audits. The role also ensures compliance with hotel policies related to safety, hygiene, health, and employee conduct while preparing for future training leadership or operational responsibilities.

Leads hotel sales efforts by managing key accounts, prospecting corporate, group, and leisure clients, achieving revenue targets, negotiating contracts, and expanding market share. Supports the Director of Sales with strategy, budgeting, team leadership, forecasting, and revenue optimization. Represents the hotel at trade shows and client events, conducts site inspections, maintains sales databases, and participates in the Duty Manager rotation.
