Manage and grow assigned hotel accounts to meet revenue targets through prospecting, contracting, site inspections, and market activities. Support sales planning, budgeting, forecasts, and cross-sell initiatives while maintaining competitor knowledge and updating the OPERA contact database.

Lead the corporate sales team to achieve revenue and hotel financial targets; assist DOSM with budgeting, incentives, audits, and performance reviews; manage contracts, deposits, reporting, team development, cross-selling, and represent the hotel at fairs and roadshows.

Sell hotel rooms, meeting spaces, and F&B packages across corporate, leisure, and group segments. Prospect and convert leads, manage account portfolio, conduct site inspections, prepare RFPs/contracts, coordinate with internal teams, and maintain CRM/PMS data and monthly reports.
