Process and verify supplier invoices, execute payment runs, manage vendor relationships and resolve queries, perform three-way matching, ensure Czech VAT and Marriott compliance, and support month-end closings, supplier reconciliations, and accruals.

Manage and update hotel website content across languages per corporate CMS guidelines; execute SEO, email marketing, social media and eMarketing initiatives; optimize photos and meta tags; analyze website analytics and bookings; coordinate with corporate, website agency, revenue and marketing teams; produce monthly KPI reports and support rate parity and online promotions.

Lead and oversee all Rooms Division operations (Front Office, Housekeeping, Laundry, Spa, Recreation). Drive revenue, prepare budgets, manage P&L, control labor costs, coordinate with Revenue Management and Sales, ensure brand standards and safety compliance, conduct daily quality walkthroughs, develop staff careers, and support pre-opening tasks as required.
