Provide high-energy, customer-focused retail sales and service: greet customers, maintain store presentation, restock merchandise, package and follow up on purchases, learn and apply product and hat-shaping expertise, complete ongoing training, and meet semi-annual sales goals while supporting operations and stockroom organization.
