Lead global talent acquisition for launching and scaling a new international site. Responsibilities include developing hiring strategies, mapping talent markets, building pipelines, partnering with executives and hiring managers, adapting recruiting practices to local regulations and cultural norms, advising on offers and compensation, and onboarding key personnel.

Owns end-to-end revenue accounting, including bookings, revenue recognition, deferred revenue, invoicing, collections, and reconciliations. Build host-testable simulation layers and define firmware safety cases. Collaborate closely with hardware and mechanical engineers through environmental testing and board iterations. Rust, C, and C++ embedded experience are accepted, with emphasis on bare-metal systems, peripheral debugging, testability, and safety-relevant development.

Lead mechanical engineering for Kinetics, CUAS, and future product lines. Own mechanical design from concept through domestic rate production, establish standards and toolchains, support qualification and safety approvals, drive design for manufacture, and build the US mechanical engineering organization through recruiting and technical leadership. Collaborate closely with Israel engineering and US manufacturing teams to mitigate risks and accelerate hardware development.

Own complex technical programs spanning hardware, software, systems engineering, manufacturing, testing, supply chain, and customer delivery. Own end-to-end execution of complex multidisciplinary defense programs from contract award through design, integration, qualification, production, and fielding. Own customer technical solutions from site design through deployment, integration, commissioning, maintenance, upgrades, and production support. Configure cameras, radars, networking, edge computing, and platform systems; troubleshoot application, infrastructure, and network issues; support surveys and proposals; coordinate with customers and engineering teams; document procedures; and improve products through field feedback. Participate in on-call rotation and travel to customer sites.

Senior Legal Counsel will advise business, procurement, operations, and R&D teams; draft and negotiate commercial agreements; manage international transaction groundwork, export-control compliance, licensing approvals, and end-user certificates; support organizational compliance; and maintain contract templates and playbooks. The role requires independent matter ownership, strong commercial judgment, excellent English drafting, and experience in commercial or corporate law, ideally within technology or defense.

Monitors production systems in a 24/7 shift-based NOC, responds to alerts and customer tickets, investigates logs and metrics, resolves issues, and escalates complex problems. Maintains runbooks and knowledge-base content, performs thorough shift handoffs, identifies recurring incidents for automation or deeper fixes, and proactively communicates with customers.
