Lead the transition from R&D through NPI to scaled production. Own mechanical design from concept through domestic rate production, establish standards and toolchains, support qualification and safety approvals, drive design for manufacture, and build the US mechanical engineering organization through recruiting and technical leadership. Collaborate closely with Israel engineering and US manufacturing teams to mitigate risks and accelerate hardware development.

Own complex technical programs spanning hardware, software, systems engineering, manufacturing, testing, supply chain, and customer delivery. Participate in on-call rotation and travel to customer sites.

Plan, stage, install, integrate, troubleshoot, and commission defense technology deployments at customer sites. Provision hardware, networks, edge compute, sensors, and software; support deployed systems remotely; create repeatable runbooks and tooling; train operators; document handovers; and communicate field findings to engineering and product teams.

Senior Legal Counsel will advise business, procurement, operations, and R&D teams; draft and negotiate commercial agreements; manage international transaction groundwork, export-control compliance, licensing approvals, and end-user certificates; support organizational compliance; and maintain contract templates and playbooks. The role requires independent matter ownership, strong commercial judgment, excellent English drafting, and experience in commercial or corporate law, ideally within technology or defense.

Monitors production systems in a 24/7 shift-based NOC, responds to alerts and customer tickets, investigates logs and metrics, resolves issues, and escalates complex problems. Maintains runbooks and knowledge-base content, performs thorough shift handoffs, identifies recurring incidents for automation or deeper fixes, and proactively communicates with customers. Requires Linux, networking, troubleshooting, code-reading, and Hebrew and English communication skills.

Lead systems engineering for a C-UAS project: define requirements and architecture, manage hardware/software/electronics integration, lead V&V testing and system qualification, coordinate with defense partners and IDF ground forces, and maintain full lifecycle engineering documentation.

Provide global end-user IT support, manage Windows/macOS/Linux endpoints, administer Microsoft 365/Entra ID/Google Workspace, handle asset tracking and procurement, lead IT projects and automation, coordinate vendors, and improve security and compliance.

Own technical customer relationships across pre- and post-sale, design and lead end-to-end integrations (APIs, auth, networking, deployments), troubleshoot complex environments, build small prototypes/adapters, and produce reusable integration assets and product feedback.
