Senior Legal Counsel will advise business, procurement, operations, and R&D teams; draft and negotiate commercial agreements; manage international transaction groundwork, export-control compliance, licensing approvals, and end-user certificates; support organizational compliance; and maintain contract templates and playbooks. The role requires independent matter ownership, strong commercial judgment, excellent English drafting, and experience in commercial or corporate law, ideally within technology or defense.

Own Kela’s counter-UAS product line and program from mission definition and requirements through prototype, field trials, demonstrated capability, and production. Manage system trade-offs, performance, cost, BOM, milestones, engineering workstreams, design reviews, team priorities, and field-test decisions. The role requires deep technical fluency in defense hardware or weapons systems, operational understanding, strong ownership, and the ability to write testable requirements and drive delivery under constraints.

Monitors production systems in a 24/7 shift-based NOC, responds to alerts and customer tickets, investigates logs and metrics, resolves issues, and escalates complex problems. Maintains runbooks and knowledge-base content, performs thorough shift handoffs, identifies recurring incidents for automation or deeper fixes, and proactively communicates with customers. Requires Linux, networking, troubleshooting, code-reading, and Hebrew and English communication skills.
