Develop and deploy algorithms for perception, planning, localization, navigation, and control across ground vehicles, humanoids, quadrupeds, and drones. The role owns end-to-end algorithmic pipelines spanning data, simulation, training, evaluation, and field deployment. Responsibilities include deep learning, reinforcement and imitation learning, foundation-model integration, simulation development, and collaboration with systems and software engineers to deliver reliable real-world robotic performance.

Manage the company office, including supplies, facilities, logistics, vendors, expenses, and onsite services. Lead office and operational projects, coordinate stakeholders, support budgets, organize events, and facilitate employee onboarding. The role requires strong organization, ownership, communication, service orientation, proactive problem-solving, and professional Hebrew and English proficiency in a fast-moving environment.

Leads mechanical design, integration, reliability, qualification, and production ramp for ruggedized defense systems. Designs assemblies that withstand shock, vibration, environmental exposure, and platform stresses; develops prototypes, fixtures, and production tooling; conducts FMEA and failure analysis; qualifies vendors; and ensures MIL-STD compliance through testing and serial production. Requires close collaboration with electrical, systems, software, and algorithms teams.
