Develop new markets for conference systems by identifying untapped industries, generating demand, prospecting, building executive relationships, selling integrated audio solutions, managing pipelines, closing new business, and influencing go-to-market strategy. The role requires frequent travel of up to 50% and strong solution-selling, communication, negotiation, technical-learning, and business-development skills.

Support the global Sales Controlling Team with sales and marketing analyses, key-figure reporting, Power BI dashboard updates, ad-hoc analyses, deviation reviews, and plausibility checks. The intern will collaborate with teams worldwide and gain insight into day-to-day controlling operations.

Leads industrialization sub-projects for products from launch through ramp-up qualification. Coordinates internal and external manufacturers, suppliers, and industrialization teams; aligns development, manufacturing, and production-site requirements; manages timelines, technology, quality gates, and project reporting. Requires strong stakeholder communication, planning, strategic thinking, technical expertise in mechanical engineering or electronics, data-analysis capability, and fluent English.
