Lead multidisciplinary electronics product development programs from concept through industrialization, manufacturing, and launch. Responsibilities include managing scope, schedules, risks, budgets, deliverables, customer relationships, and cross-functional teams spanning hardware, embedded software, mechanical engineering, quality, operations, and manufacturing. The role drives New Product Introduction activities and ensures projects meet timeline, budget, and quality objectives using waterfall and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
