Develop and maintain embedded firmware for moving and fixed camera products from concept through release. Responsibilities include software architecture, design reviews, prototyping, simulation, system testing, factory integration, field issue investigation, lifecycle maintenance, and collaboration with international firmware teams. The role also mentors junior engineers and software testers, supports Agile development, and requires 10% domestic and international travel.

Leads technical presales, solution design, site assessments, pilots, system architecture, bills of materials, proposals, ROI analyses, and implementation roadmaps for integrated security solutions. Trains sales teams, partners, architects, engineers, and consultants; supports customer discovery, demonstrations, trade shows, post-sales escalations, and third-party integrations. Travels extensively within an assigned region and serves as a technical subject matter expert.

The Accounting Manager leads month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities; prepares journal entries, reconciliations, financial statements, and management reports; investigates variances; supports AP, AR, payroll, and cash management; coordinates with BPO partners; maintains compliance with GAAP/IFRS; supports audits and statutory reporting; strengthens internal controls; and drives accounting process improvements.
