Responsibilities include sourcing craft, technical, and professional talent; advising on labor markets and compensation; managing employer branding, diversity, retention, and succession initiatives; tracking recruiting metrics; and supporting career fairs and industry events. The role requires strong construction recruiting knowledge, executive and field-leader partnership, business acumen, communication, problem-solving, and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Partners with leaders and People Operations on employment compliance, employee relations, benefits, investigations, risk mitigation, and HR process improvement. Oversees I-9/E-Verify, leave programs, accommodations, screening, drug testing, audits, and compliance training. Supports self-insured benefits, 401(k), open enrollment, vendors, HRIS, payroll, and cross-functional initiatives while analyzing trends and improving scalable HR practices.

Accounting interns will support the Controller and accounting teams with payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, daily tasks, updates, meetings, and assigned projects. Interns must follow company safety policies, communicate effectively, work independently and collaboratively, and demonstrate organization, initiative, problem-solving, and a willingness to learn multiple accounting functions.

Processes invoices, vendor statements, and payments; supports vendor setup, AP workflow, discrepancy resolution, and vendor inquiries.
