Administers employee benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement, and self-insured health plans. Supports enrollments, eligibility changes, open enrollment, renewals, audits, reconciliations, compliance, documentation, and benefit-related financial processes. Troubleshoots UKG, CMIC, API, and WEX transactions while coordinating with carriers, brokers, vendors, Payroll, HRIS, and People Operations. Provides employee and manager support and maintains confidentiality of sensitive information.

Accounting interns will support the Controller and accounting teams with payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, daily tasks, updates, meetings, and assigned projects. Lead a field survey crew performing topographic, boundary, construction staking, and ALTA/NSPS surveys. Operate and maintain Trimble/GPS, total stations, levels, and data collectors; collect and verify measurements; prepare reports, sketches, and digital files; coordinate schedules, ensure regulatory and safety compliance, and communicate with project stakeholders.

Serve as a strategic talent partner for construction divisions; lead full-cycle recruiting, develop proactive sourcing and employer branding, analyze labor market data, track recruiting metrics, and support career fairs and onboarding to meet workforce needs.

Lead and optimize milling operations, overseeing scheduling, production planning, equipment maintenance, budgeting, quality, safety, staffing, training, and continuous improvement to increase efficiency and reduce downtime while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Support and administer construction safety programs: enforce policies, conduct inspections and investigations, deliver training, develop emergency response plans, analyze safety data, and recommend corrective actions. Role requires constant travel to job sites and reporting to senior management to maintain regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.

Conduct site safety inspections, deliver training, develop site-specific safety plans, investigate incidents, ensure OSHA/EPA/DOT compliance, maintain safety records, oversee PPE, and collaborate with project teams to mitigate construction hazards.

The Talent Acquisition Business Partner will align recruiting strategies with business goals in the construction industry, managing full-cycle recruiting, employer branding, and talent pipelines while supporting diversity and succession planning initiatives.

Coordinate project team communications and documentation for industrial construction projects, manage submittal/RFI logs, assist with bids and estimates, track and communicate scope changes, support change proposals, and participate in construction meetings while adhering to OSHA and company safety requirements.

Manage and administer leadership and talent development programs, coordinate the annual performance review cycle, facilitate manager training and workshops, administer UKG Talent/Academy modules, track talent metrics, and recommend process improvements to enhance manager and employee development.
