Administers employee benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement, and self-insured health plans. Supports enrollments, eligibility changes, open enrollment, renewals, audits, reconciliations, compliance, documentation, and benefit-related financial processes. Troubleshoots UKG, CMIC, API, and WEX transactions while coordinating with carriers, brokers, vendors, Payroll, HRIS, and People Operations. Provides employee and manager support and maintains confidentiality of sensitive information.

Accounting interns will support the Controller and accounting teams with payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, daily tasks, updates, meetings, and assigned projects. Interns must follow company safety policies, communicate effectively, work independently and collaboratively, and demonstrate organization, initiative, problem-solving, and a willingness to learn multiple accounting functions.

Processes invoices, vendor statements, and payments; supports vendor setup, AP workflow, discrepancy resolution, and vendor inquiries. Manages high-priority overhead accounts and Concur expense-report responsibilities. Provides backup across accounts payable functions and assists with process improvements, automation, and accounting tasks while maintaining accuracy and compliance with approvals.
