Develops and maintains integrated, resource-loaded project schedules using Primavera P6. Performs critical path, resource, cost, and schedule analysis; updates schedules for scope changes; prepares reports and presentations; verifies scheduling information with project teams; and coordinates effectively with customer representatives. Travel is required as needed.

Manages the full lifecycle of construction subcontracts, MSAs, work orders, amendments, and change orders. Drafts and negotiates contract language, coordinates redlines, ensures prime-contract flow-down provisions, and verifies subcontractor insurance, bonding, and prequalification compliance. Maintains audit-ready files, manages commitments in CMiC, supports invoice validation through GC Pay, and coordinates with procurement, contracts, and project teams to align budgets, risk controls, and project execution requirements.

Administers contracts, subcontracts, vendor agreements, and related documents from review and approval through execution, renewal, amendment, and closeout. Coordinates stakeholders across Legal, Operations, Finance, and Risk Management; maintains contract records; monitors deadlines, insurance requirements, and obligations; supports redlines, audits, compliance reviews, reporting, electronic signatures, and process improvements.
