Lead and optimize regional paving operations across Texas, providing strategic direction, overseeing projects from preconstruction to completion, managing crews, fleet, budgets, contracts, safety compliance, quality control, procurement, and process improvements to maximize efficiency, profitability, and regulatory compliance.

Support preconstruction and project setup in CMiC, assist with budgets, subcontracts, and compliance. Maintain project financials, forecasts, cost tracking, and reporting. Manage project documentation and closeout tasks. Act as liaison between account managers, operations, accounting, and project controls while supporting process improvements.

The Subcontracts Specialist manages subcontract lifecycle including drafting, negotiation, compliance, and administration with emphasis on contract alignment and risk mitigation. Supports project teams and ensures documentation is audit-ready.
