Provide front-desk customer service, answer and direct calls, manage vehicle inventory and records, process payments and manufacturer incentives, support sales team with administrative tasks, maintain organized paperwork and dealership portals, and provide general office support to management.

Deliver exceptional, hospitality-driven customer experiences; build long-term relationships via consultative sales. Manage leads and appointments using CRM and digital tools, follow up with customers, collaborate with team, and maintain a positive, customer-focused environment. Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Serve as the dealership's first contact: answer calls, respond to internet leads, schedule sales appointments, greet and check in customers, follow up via phone/text/email, and maintain CRM records to support the sales team.
