Manage a caseload of pre-litigation personal injury and workers' compensation matters from intake through demand and resolution. Coordinate medical documentation and treatment tracking, draft demands and case summaries, communicate with clients and adjusters, support negotiations, and collaborate with attorneys using Litify to ensure timely, organized case progression.

Provide full-time administrative support to attorneys: manage calls, transcribe and prepare documents, request medical records, coordinate case preparation and client communication, maintain confidential files, and perform office scanning, filing, and mail tasks.

The Pre-Litigation Support Manager oversees case management, negotiates settlements, and maintains client relations while handling multiple personal injury cases.
