Manage pre-litigation personal injury cases from record review through settlement. Responsibilities include analyzing medical and financial documentation, determining settlement demands, drafting demand letters, negotiating with insurance adjusters, communicating with clients, processing settlement paperwork and medical liens, prioritizing caseloads, and updating Litify case-management records.

Paid 12-week summer associate program for students completing their second year of law school by May 2027. Associates gain hands-on experience in assigned practice areas, work alongside attorneys, attend training seminars, receive mentoring and feedback, and participate in professional and social events. Positions are based in Bridgewater or Milton, Massachusetts.
