Develop, analyze, verify, and support navigation, localization, estimation, guidance, control, and sensor-fusion algorithms. Build MATLAB and Simulink models, simulations, Monte Carlo analyses, and verification tools; transition algorithms to embedded platforms through software-, processor-, and hardware-in-the-loop testing. Analyze GNSS and inertial sensor data, investigate anomalies, support system integration and testing, lead technical activities, and mentor engineers. Collaborate across software, systems, hardware, test, and program teams.

Assembles precision electronic and electromechanical components using hand tools, fixtures, arbor presses, soldering, gauges, and test equipment. Build test frameworks, utilities, interfaces, and laboratory verification environments using Python, C, and C++. Performs independent software quality assurance across the full development lifecycle for aerospace and defense systems. Reviews software plans, requirements, designs, code records, tests, traceability, configuration management, and release artifacts. Conducts process and product audits, tracks quality issues and corrective actions, supports DO-178C compliance and regulatory reviews, monitors quality metrics, and promotes process improvement. Collaborates with software, systems, quality, and program teams in an onsite engineering environment.

Performs manufacturing engineering duties supporting aerospace and defense products and processes. Creates work instructions, leads production hardware support, troubleshoots nonconforming hardware, and implements root-cause corrective actions. Develops and validates manufacturing processes for prototypes and new product launches, improves workflows and equipment layouts using lean manufacturing principles, supports reliability and quality analyses, and prepares technical reports and charts.

Leads electrical product development for complex electromechanical aerospace, defense, and unmanned systems. Owns electronics design from requirements and architecture through circuit design, simulation, PCB development, prototyping, testing, qualification, production release, and product support. Performs troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, design reviews, and corrective actions while coordinating with multidisciplinary engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and program teams. Supports suppliers, customers, engineering changes, and manufacturing transition activities.

Executes international trade compliance activities for aerospace and defense products across export and import operations. Classifies products under HTSUS and Schedule B, prepares EEI filings through AES/ACE, reviews ITAR, EAR, FTR, OFAC, and customs compliance, performs post-filing audits, and advises logistics, procurement, and shipping teams on valuation, country of origin, and tariff programs. The role also supports licensing, investigations, training, and cross-functional compliance initiatives.

Track and analyze program financial performance against plan, perform Earned Value Management (EVM) duties, develop forecasts and CEACs, create CSDR and CWBS per standards, and support corrective actions and reporting to program managers and customers.

Develop and execute logistics, sustainment, and life-cycle support strategies for aerospace/defense systems.
