Lead MBSE activities to translate customer requirements into digital system models, support system design, integration, verification, and test for inertial navigation products. Develop MBSE processes and tooling (Cameo, DOORS), collaborate with engineering teams and customers, support proposals and program execution, and travel ~15% for reviews.

Track and analyze program financial performance against plan, perform Earned Value Management (EVM) duties, develop forecasts and CEACs, create CSDR and CWBS per standards, and support corrective actions and reporting to program managers and customers.

Develop and execute logistics, sustainment, and life-cycle support strategies for aerospace/defense systems. Perform LORA, provisioning, obsolescence management, R&M analysis, LCSP support, technical documentation, and cross-functional coordination to ensure maintainability, supportability, and compliance with military logistics standards.
