Manages multiple customer proposals and quote requests from initiation through submission. Coordinates cross-functional technical and commercial teams, facilitates internal management reviews, schedules recurring progress meetings, prioritizes workloads, and ensures high-quality proposals are completed on time. The role requires strong communication, organization, attention to detail, deadline management, proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, AI software, CRM systems, and databases, plus U.S. citizenship and eligibility for a government security clearance.

Supports the definition, development, integration, verification, validation, and technical support of inertial measurement and navigation products. Responsibilities include requirements capture and traceability, system architecture, interface definition, model-based systems engineering, trade studies, integration and testing, technical investigations, and customer or supplier reviews. The role collaborates with multidisciplinary engineering teams and requires approximately 15% travel. It is fully onsite in Pine Brook, New Jersey.

Develop, analyze, verify, and support navigation, localization, estimation, guidance, control, and sensor-fusion algorithms. Build MATLAB and Simulink models, simulations, Monte Carlo analyses, and verification tools; transition algorithms to embedded platforms through software-, processor-, and hardware-in-the-loop testing. Analyze GNSS and inertial sensor data, investigate anomalies, support system integration and testing, lead technical activities, and mentor engineers. Collaborate across software, systems, hardware, test, and program teams.
