Originate mandates, develop debt financing products, manage investor and stakeholder relationships, ensure compliant documentation, drive new business and customer retention, and build a high-performing advisory team with strong financial modelling capability.

Lead regulatory legal affairs: represent the group in public policy and stakeholder engagement, analyze legislation, prepare position statements, manage regulatory compliance across multiple regulators, secure product and outsourcing approvals, respond to regulator-mediated customer complaints, and drive a group-wide regulatory approach.
