Own the product end to end for an AI-powered B2B SaaS CRM, from customer discovery and strategy through wireframes, PRDs, engineering execution, launch, and adoption. Partner with founders, engineers, designers, universities, counselors, and users to identify problems, prioritize roadmaps, improve products through data and feedback, and determine where AI agents can enhance international admissions workflows.

Own full sales cycle for an AI-native CRM/automation platform targeting study abroad consultants and higher-education institutions. Prospect, demo, negotiate, close enterprise and mid-market deals, manage pipeline/forecasts, and collaborate with Product and Customer Success to drive adoption and improve customer experience.
