The role supports engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, validation, quality, operations, regulatory, and startup interfaces while ensuring GMP, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Leads cost control for major capital projects, overseeing budgets, commitments, expenditures, forecasts, trends, EAC, cash flow, funding, cost reporting, and change impacts. Provides financial visibility to leadership, coordinates cost data collection, identifies variances and risks, and develops cost control teams and best practices. Supports industrial, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, life sciences, energy, or infrastructure projects.

Leads project controls systems, reporting platforms, data governance, analytics, dashboards, and performance reporting. Integrates cost, schedule, risk, procurement, construction, and change data into unified reporting environments. Provides forecasting, trend analysis, and decision support to project leadership while driving automation and digital tool deployment. Coordinates requirements across clients, project management teams, engineering contractors, and construction contractors, and leads the project controls systems and analytics team.
