Lead and coordinate Program Increment planning and execution across multiple contracted software teams for Space Systems Command. Facilitate Scrum of Scrums, manage dependencies and risks, align scope and priorities with stakeholders, produce delivery visibility and metrics, and support Agile facilitation and release synchronization in a matrixed DoD environment.

Lead end-to-end delivery of a complex infrastructure upgrade and maintenance programme at a nuclear site. Manage cost, schedule, quality, integrated scheduling, risk, change control, governance, and stakeholder coordination while ensuring nuclear safety, security, and environmental compliance. Provide reporting, assurance, and escalate issues to the Site Operator.

Lead day-to-day administrative and operational management of government facilities program, ensuring 24/7 mission-critical availability. Oversee staffing, work orders, renovations, budgeting, risk management, client engagement, contractual compliance, and process improvement to optimize efficiency, safety, and program performance across multiple sites.
