Build and deploy production-grade LLM capabilities for the Kayzen Console. Responsibilities include developing AI-backed APIs and full-stack features, implementing RAG, embeddings, agents, and tool calling, and establishing evaluation, monitoring, observability, and feedback systems. The role optimizes quality, latency, reliability, and cost; troubleshoots production issues; collaborates with Product, ML, and Engineering; and turns prototypes into maintainable AI products.

As a Product Analyst, you will analyze product data, provide insights, debug issues, automate tasks using AI, and collaborate across teams to improve decision-making and product performance.

Design, improve, and deploy large-scale ML models for real-time ad-tech applications; explore data sources, research solutions, run A/B tests, and collaborate with engineering to productionize models and monitoring.

The AI Platform Engineer will design AI frameworks and tools, enable AI feature integration, create reusable components, and ensure best practices for AI usage across teams.

Provide legal ownership across GDPR/privacy, commercial contracts, cap table and corporate governance, and general compliance. Advise on data transfers, negotiate MSAs/SaaS/NDAs, manage cap table and subsidiary governance, support fundraising, and scale compliance frameworks across jurisdictions.

Lead and grow a sales team focused on agency clients across EMEA, drive new business with holdcos and independent agencies, craft agency-focused product and commercial propositions, close complex programmatic deals, use data-led selling to inform GTM strategy, and collaborate cross-functionally while traveling to London regularly.
