Teams at Kayzen

Build and deploy production-grade LLM capabilities for the Kayzen Console. Responsibilities include developing AI-backed APIs and full-stack features, implementing RAG, embeddings, agents, and tool calling, and establishing evaluation, monitoring, observability, and feedback systems. The role optimizes quality, latency, reliability, and cost; troubleshoots production issues; collaborates with Product, ML, and Engineering; and turns prototypes into maintainable AI products.

As a Product Analyst, you will analyze product data, provide insights, debug issues, automate tasks using AI, and collaborate across teams to improve decision-making and product performance.

Design, improve, and deploy large-scale ML models for real-time ad-tech applications; explore data sources, research solutions, run A/B tests, and collaborate with engineering to productionize models and monitoring.
