Ensures estimating software, ITB processes, subcontractor prequalification, standardized controls, and project milestones are managed effectively while supporting business development and protecting project fees.

Provide administrative support to Risk Management by managing subcontractor prequalification: follow up with subcontractors to obtain missing documents, maintain and update prequalification spreadsheets and electronic folders, track outstanding items until complete, assist with filing and other duties as assigned to keep the prequalification process moving.

Lead construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, delivering on schedule, budget, quality, safety, and client satisfaction. Manage financials, subcontractor buyouts, change control (Procore), and scheduling (Primavera P6). Mentor project staff, enforce safety and BBB programs, coordinate contract compliance, and oversee closeout documentation.
