Lead scheduling and planning for large-scale construction projects across Southeast Florida. Coordinate and update project schedules with operations, clients, and subcontractors; assign resources; analyze delays, change orders, and baseline variances; prepare schedule and progress reports; run pull plan sessions; support preliminary schedules; lead biweekly meetings; visit jobsites and present schedule information to stakeholders.
