Lead construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, delivering on schedule, budget, quality, safety, and client satisfaction. Manage financials, subcontractor buyouts, change control (Procore), and scheduling (Primavera P6). Mentor project staff, enforce safety and BBB programs, coordinate contract compliance, and oversee closeout documentation.

Support Project Manager to deliver construction projects on time and on budget. Participate in preconstruction, scheduling (P6), financial tracking, buyout, change management (Procore), QA/BBB, safety enforcement, closeout, stakeholder relations, and mentor Project Engineer.

Lead end-to-end construction projects, manage client and subcontractor relationships, control financials and schedules, enforce safety and quality (BBB), mentor project staff, and ensure contract compliance using Procore and Primavera P6.
