Paid, full-time summer internship offering Field, Project Management, Estimating, and Safety tracks. Interns gain hands-on experience with active construction projects, jobsite management, scheduling, safety, quality control, subcontractor coordination, project documentation, RFIs, submittals, estimating, bid reviews, and safety assessments. The program includes mentorship, jobsite tours, leadership networking, community service, presentation training, and exposure to construction management career paths.

Assists with end-to-end construction project delivery, including preconstruction, budgeting, subcontractor buyout, scheduling, quality and safety compliance, contract administration, stakeholder relations, change management, and closeout. The role supports project managers, oversees project engineers, coordinates subcontractors and design teams, manages documentation in Procore, monitors financial performance, and mentors junior staff while working primarily from an active jobsite office.

Designs, implements, and maintains enterprise network infrastructure to ensure reliability, security, and performance. Manages networking protocols, enterprise hardware, cloud networking, firewalls, and intrusion prevention systems. Uses AI-powered monitoring and automation tools to improve IT operations and reduce repetitive work. Supports analytics platforms, Microsoft environments, network security, scripting, and SD-WAN initiatives.
