Freelance SketchUp and 3D rendering specialist to convert 2D architectural drawings into accurate SketchUp models, produce photorealistic renderings, animations, and walkthroughs, build detailed room shells with materials and lighting, and deliver presentation-ready assets with fast turnaround. Remote U.S.-based role with Midwest preference and potential to expand into web/marketing renderings, SolidWorks conversions, and VR experiences.

Lead daily agency operations, develop and coach service teams, improve workflows, systems, compliance, and profitability. Oversee technology (Applied Epic preferred), carrier relationships, producer support, training, HR, and operational reporting to drive capacity, retention, and sustainable growth.

Provide customer support and act as primary contact for inquiries, manage order entry and scheduling, coordinate deliveries and logistics, maintain customer and operational records, and support seasonal/event-driven account activity while using Microsoft Office and company systems to ensure timely, accurate service.

Operate and program CNC vertical mills and lathes, set up machines (programming preferred with MasterCAM), interpret technical drawings, deburr and inspect parts to quality standards, maintain equipment, follow safety and ISO procedures, and work primarily on Mazak/Mazatrol systems in a job shop environment.

Provide high-touch, relationship-centered client service for a wealth management practice. Attend client meetings, document action items, coordinate account servicing and transactions, maintain client records and regulatory compliance, and partner closely with advisors to anticipate needs and ensure follow-through. Support special projects and become proficient in firm systems while building long-term client relationships.

Lead creation of a Business Analytics function: build strategy, infrastructure, models, and reporting to improve fleet, pricing, fuel, and network performance; translate business questions into measurable analytics, deliver insights to operations and executive leadership, and create roadmaps for analytics, automation, and BI capabilities.

Manage multi-entity bookkeeping: AP/AR, deposits, reconciliations, monthly close, cash tracking, and financial reporting in QuickBooks Enterprise. Provide office operations support, vendor/tenant coordination, administrative tasks, and occasional property/tenant assistance. Work directly with executive leadership to maintain organized workflows and support operational projects.

Manage commercial caulking, waterproofing, and firestopping projects from estimating and takeoffs through execution. Develop bids, oversee budgets, schedules, field crews, and vendor coordination, ensure quality and safety compliance, and maintain contractor relationships using Bluebeam, Procore, and Excel.

Perform structural and miscellaneous steel take-offs, pricing, and bid preparation; write proposals; follow up, negotiate, and close projects; build and maintain contractor/client relationships; manage a prospect pipeline; represent the company in meetings and site visits.
