Provide afternoon front-desk support at a pediatric therapy clinic: greet families, answer calls and emails, schedule appointments, assist with forms, maintain records and waiting area, coordinate with therapists, and potentially support billing/administrative tasks as hours expand.

Process weekly payrolls and manage benefits administration, onboarding/offboarding, and employee records for two affiliated companies. Support compliance reporting, licensing, audits, and withholding/unemployment accounts. Provide HR and administrative support, coordinate open enrollment, and assist CFO with payroll and accounting tasks.

Provide customer support and act as primary contact for inquiries, manage order entry and scheduling, coordinate deliveries and logistics, maintain customer and operational records, and support seasonal/event-driven account activity while using Microsoft Office and company systems to ensure timely, accurate service.
