Process weekly payroll for two affiliated construction and steel fabrication businesses; administer benefits, 401(k) contributions, insurance enrollments, onboarding, and terminations. Maintain confidential employee records, corporate and contractor licenses, compliance filings, and payroll reports. Support audits, insurance renewals, employee communications, and general administrative and accounting tasks while working closely with the CFO.

Manage structural steel fabrication projects from award through delivery, coordinating customers, engineering, detailing, production, purchasing, vendors, and installation teams. Responsibilities include scheduling, drawing and contract review, material coordination, risk resolution, cost and quality awareness, production workflow improvement, and day-to-day leadership of production personnel.

Serve as the CFO’s execution-focused partner by leading financial analysis, profitability reviews, process improvements, ERP implementations, reporting enhancements, and operational problem solving across portfolio companies. Support M&A financial due diligence and post-close integration, improve data quality, and implement practical financial, workflow, automation, and systems solutions. The role is initially an individual contributor with significant cross-company influence and requires approximately 10–15% travel.
