Build and manage institutional partnerships across agriculture, health, education, and legal access. Responsibilities include researching and onboarding partners and domain experts, managing partnership pipelines, delivering training and orientation, coordinating technology, operations, and ground teams, troubleshooting on-ground technology issues, tracking outcomes, and ensuring commitments are delivered on time.

Designs and runs AI evaluations end to end, including benchmark and rubric development, model deployment, statistical analysis, bias and error evaluation, human judgment validation, evaluation pipelines, leaderboards, and technical reporting across multilingual, speech, language, agentic, and multimodal AI systems.

Own backend infrastructure end to end, from architecture and implementation through production and iteration. Build resilient systems for unreliable networks, distributed data synchronization, multi-geography deployments, APIs, data systems, integrations, security, performance, and reliability. Improve developer tooling and engineering practices, influence technical direction, and mentor engineers while making pragmatic architectural decisions under ambiguity.

Manage end-to-end recruitment across technology, research, sales, product, operations, and leadership roles. Source and assess candidates, coordinate interviews, partner with hiring managers, provide market insights, maintain recruitment systems and dashboards, and deliver an inclusive candidate experience. Support employer-brand campaigns, onboarding, culture initiatives, and broader people projects in a fast-paced, purpose-driven organization.

Own full-cycle talent acquisition, including sourcing, candidate management, interviewing, and offers, while supporting people operations. Manage onboarding, employee lifecycle processes, compliance tasks, HRMS administration, and organizational culture initiatives. Help build scalable hiring and people processes for a growing organization, with a focus on accurate records, confidentiality, collaboration, and team development.

Run and monitor data jobs on Linux servers, recover failures, configure project workflows, and write PostgreSQL and ClickHouse queries. Develop Python, SQL, Bash, or TypeScript scripts for quality, completion, pay, and delivery checks. Package datasets in cloud storage, track client deliverables, interpret a TypeScript codebase, communicate findings to operations and clients, and identify recurring manual work for platform engineering.

Conduct social science research to evaluate AI and machine learning systems, especially speech, text, and translation technologies serving Indian communities. Apply qualitative, quantitative, or mixed methods; support focus groups and field visits; develop evaluation methodologies; investigate impacts in rural and low-resource contexts; and collaborate with engineers on AI development and testing pipelines.

Analyze operational and product data, identify trends and improvement opportunities, and support strategic initiatives through research, quantitative analysis, modeling, and structured problem-solving. Own measurement for product initiatives, build dashboards and decision-support tools, define and track KPIs, and turn ambiguous questions into actionable recommendations. Partner cross-functionally from problem definition through execution while working closely with leadership and operating with high autonomy.

Conduct quantitative research, develop socioeconomic indices, estimate impacts using RCT and quasi-experimental methods, calculate sample sizes, design surveys, validate datasets, and combine qualitative and quantitative methods. Manage internal monitoring by developing KPIs with cross-functional teams, consolidating datasets in Excel, creating basic visualizations, and supporting data integration. The role also requires understanding development-sector and poverty-related issues, with SQL, NLP, and publication experience preferred.

As a Project Manager, you'll oversee multiple projects, collaborating with teams across Karya to deliver on project scope, timelines, and budgets while driving innovation.

The Analytics Lead will define and implement analytics strategies, manage systems, translate research into SQL, and bridge data insights with organizational decision-making.

Develops accessible, mobile-first learning content for adult learners with varied literacy and digital skills. Responsibilities include writing scripts, exercises, quizzes, assessments, and multimedia materials; simplifying technical concepts; collaborating with instructional design and visual teams; pilot testing content; managing documentation and version control; and coordinating learning projects from creation through deployment and iteration. The role also requires stakeholder management, timeline tracking, feedback consolidation, and continuous improvement based on learner data.

The Head of Finance will manage financial operations, budgeting, worker payments, compliance, and lead a finance team, ensuring sustainability and accountability at Karya.

Lead government engagement, policy research, partnerships and programme execution. Manage stakeholder relationships, draft policy materials, track government priorities, support partnership development and project management, and run policy operations, documentation and logistics. Translate technical issues for non-technical audiences and ensure timely follow-through across multiple workstreams.

The Senior Account Executive will drive enterprise sales and build long-term partnerships, managing the full sales cycle while influencing product development aligned with customer needs.
