Conduct social science research to evaluate AI and machine learning systems, especially speech, text, and translation technologies serving Indian communities. Apply qualitative, quantitative, or mixed methods; support focus groups and field visits; develop evaluation methodologies; investigate impacts in rural and low-resource contexts; and collaborate with engineers on AI development and testing pipelines.

Manage stakeholder relationships, draft policy materials, track government priorities, support partnership development and project management, and run policy operations, documentation and logistics.
