Own CPG revenue growth and customer acquisition in India by selling ManageArtworks SaaS solutions to mid-market and enterprise accounts. Manage end-to-end consultative sales cycles, demos, solutioning, strategic deals, pipeline forecasting, renewals, upsells, and customer handoffs. Build relationships with brand, packaging, regulatory, supply chain, and operations leaders; support sales team members; provide market feedback; and maintain CRM accuracy and ethical sales practices.

Lead and mentor a high-performing full-stack engineering team while overseeing product development, task allocation, release management, and DevOps. Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver product enhancements, architect scalable cloud infrastructure, and support a growing multi-tenant user base. Guide product development involving computer vision and deep learning technologies, while contributing technical leadership, communication, vendor management, and strategic decision-making.
