Provides corporate legal counsel to senior management, the Board, and business leaders on governance, SEC and Nasdaq compliance, public-company disclosures, and securities laws. Leads or supports mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and strategic transactions, including diligence, documentation, approvals, closings, and integration. Leads architecture, requirements decomposition, compliance verification, test planning, validation strategies, technical documentation, and interface control development. Balances design, analysis, integration, and testing across mechanical, structural, electrical, and electronic systems. Mentors engineers, contributes to engineering standards, and coordinates multidisciplinary technical activities.

Provides technical leadership and project management for aerospace mechanical system development. Leads multidisciplinary teams through concept development, mechanical and electromechanical design, prototype fabrication, testing, proposals, customer engagement, and program execution. Ensures projects meet schedule, budget, technical accuracy, and customer objectives while supporting business development and advanced aerospace technology initiatives.

Coordinates quality documentation packages, approval routing, certifications, production records, and compliance reviews to keep aerospace and defense hardware moving on schedule. Serves as a liaison among engineering, machining, production, inspection, and shipping teams; verifies document completeness, formatting, and contract requirements. Provides administrative, word-processing, software training, and compliance support while working in production environments.

Develops manufacturing plans for parts, composites, engineering jobs, and assemblies using Epicor ERP. Interprets engineering prints, maintains bills of materials, incorporates engineering and quality requirements, coordinates fabrication and assembly planning, prepares purchase requisitions, solicits supplier quotes, tracks material deliveries, and resolves issues with manufacturing teams and suppliers.

Leads complex aerospace and defense programs from planning through delivery, managing scope, cost, schedule, technical performance, risks, customer communication, reviews, documentation, proposals, and cross-functional engineering teams. Coordinates with supply chain, manufacturing, quality, contracts, and finance to achieve successful program outcomes across mission-critical defense initiatives.

Creates mechanical drawing packages, CAD models, tooling concepts, and bills of materials for prototype and production hardware. Collaborates with machine shops, supports proposals and presentations, and assists with hardware assembly, testing, and qualification. Applies drawing conventions, geometric tolerancing, and technical diagram interpretation while supporting mechanical engineering activities.

Maintains document tracking systems, filing systems, archives, and electronic and hard-copy records. Retrieves and safeguards company and customer documents, follows retention schedules, and supports scanning and storage across departments. Tracks government-furnished and customer property through labeling, inventories, surveys, calibration records, and authorized releases. Coordinates property movement and sales order file closure while keeping storage areas organized and compliant with customer requirements.

Supports the estimating team by gathering project specifications, drawings, and documentation; entering data into estimating software and spreadsheets; preparing bid packages; maintaining estimate and bid records; organizing project files; updating tracking systems; and coordinating with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to resolve questions and support estimating discussions.

Leads quality assurance, quality engineering, metrology, and compliance for an AS9100-certified aerospace and defense manufacturing site. Owns the QMS, audits, corrective actions, supplier quality, first article inspections, nonconformance and MRB processes, dimensional inspection, and metrology activities. Partners with engineering and manufacturing throughout the product lifecycle, manages inspectors and CMM resources, and builds the quality team through hiring, training, and mentorship. The role requires hands-on quality and metrology work in addition to strategic leadership.

Sets up and operates CNC machines to produce precision components for space and defense systems. Reads engineering drawings, uses measuring and inspection tools, verifies dimensional accuracy, performs deburring and material handling, troubleshoots routine machining issues, and maintains tooling, equipment, supplies, and clean production areas. The role requires standing and walking for extended periods, occasional stair use, and lifting up to 40 pounds during an evening Monday–Thursday schedule.

Sets up and operates CNC machines to produce precision components for space and defense programs. Loads materials, deburrs parts, performs in-process inspections, interprets blueprints, verifies dimensions using shop tools, troubleshoots routine production issues, and maintains tooling, equipment, and shop cleanliness. The role works Monday through Thursday, 3:30 PM to 1:30 AM, and requires standing, walking, occasional stair use, and lifting up to 40 pounds.

Lead programs ensuring cost, schedule, and technical objectives are met for mechanical and pyrotechnic systems. Manage engineering design, analysis, testing, documentation, supplier coordination, customer interactions, project planning, tracking, and support business development and team mentoring.

Set up and operate CNC and related shop equipment to fabricate space and defense parts to print. Perform machine setup, in-process inspection, deburr, load/unload, maintain tooling and cleanliness, read blueprints and STP files, mentor junior staff, and ensure parts meet specifications and quality standards.

Oversees daily accounting operations, month-end close, revenue recognition, cost accounting, tax filings, financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls. Supports contract administration, purchasing, executive and Board analysis, and financial strategy. The role also improves accounting processes and systems, manages program cost tracking and profitability reporting, approves high-value purchases, and mentors accounting team members.

Supports enterprise portfolio governance, M&A and site integration, transformation initiatives, and cross-functional readiness. Maintains integrated plans, RAID logs, decision registers, dashboards, readiness checklists, and executive reporting. Coordinates stakeholders across business, technology, operations, sites, vendors, and leadership. Applies PMO standards, supports prioritization and process readiness, leads lower-risk workstreams, escalates risks, and improves repeatable integration processes and documentation.

Designs aerospace structures, tooling, mechanisms, and advanced composite components from concept through deployment. Creates CAD models, drawings, bills of materials, and inspection criteria; applies GD&T and performs mechanical strength calculations. Leads subsystem design, validates analyses, and supports manufacturing, quality, testing, procurement, and deployment.
