Maintains accounting records, prepares journal entries, performs bank and account reconciliations, supports accounts payable, and assists with month-end close and reporting. Investigates general ledger variances, performs cost analysis, validates percentage-of-completion costs, and supports ASC 606 revenue recognition. Updates ERP job information and ensures compliance with accounting standards, SOX requirements, and internal controls.

Maintains general ledger records, posts journal entries, reconciles bank, petty cash, credit card, and RNI accounts, and supports accounts payable. Assists with month-end close, SOX compliance, variance investigations, cost analysis, and revenue recognition under ASC 606. Coordinates with Contracts and Finance teams, validates contract values, maintains ERP job status data, and supports accurate financial reporting and operational efficiency.

Leads the organization’s cybersecurity program, including RMF governance, enterprise risk assessments, system authorization, continuous monitoring, incident response, vulnerability management, audit readiness, and remediation. Manages ISSOs and security personnel, supports classified and restricted environments, coordinates COMSEC and OPSEC activities, oversees physical security systems, and delivers security awareness training and compliance reporting.
